Liability policy for Tour operators
The policy pays the sums which the Insured shall become legally liable to pay as damages and in addition claimant’s costs and expenses in respect of Bodily Injury or loss of or damage to Property as defined in any Section to which this Policy applies and which arises in connection with the Business as tour operator.
All costs and expenses incurred with the written consent of the Company in respect of any claim against the Insured which may be the subject of indemnity under this Policy.
